How do I know what size to order?
Our pieces are designed with gender-free sizing to fit a variety of body types. To make finding your perfect fit easy, each product page includes a detailed size guide.
For your first order, we recommend comparing the measurements from our table with a piece of clothing you already own that fits well. You can also compare our size guide with those from other brands you frequently shop with.

What materials are your clothes made from?
Our clothes are designed with a deep commitment to quality and sustainability. We use GOTS-certified organic cotton, which is grown naturally without artificial fertilizers, pesticides, or genetically modified seeds. This sustainable approach protects both the environment and farmers, using less water and energy while ensuring fair treatment.
We also believe in creating garments that stand the test of time. By avoiding prints, appliques, and the use of metals or plastics, our fabrics maintain their integrity and appearance over time. This minimalist design philosophy reduces waste and ensures that our timeless pieces become enduring staples in your wardrobe.
Additionally, our labels are made from 100% organic cotton, and our hang tags are printed on recycled and recyclable paper, just like all our product packaging.

Can I have a specific product in a different color or material than the one that is on the website?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer custom colors or materials for our designs. Each style is available in the color combinations you see on the website.
However, we’re always open to feedback! If you have a color or material in mind for a specific design, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through our contact page. Your input is valuable and helps us consider new options for future collections.

Can I cancel or modify my order once it's been placed?
We do recommend choosing your garments carefully to avoid needing changes, but if you need to make any changes or cancel your order, just send us an email at info@alma-clothing.pt, and our support team will gladly help.
What if my size is sold out?
We produce limited quantities of each design to maintain exclusivity and ensure the highest quality. While we can't always guarantee a restock for sold-out items, we do occasionally bring back popular pieces. If you're interested in a particular item that's no longer available, simply send us an email at info@alma-clothing.pt or write a message in our Contact page. We'd be delighted to assist you and keep you informed about any future availability!
